Then there are those who already sit in ergonomic chairs. You’re still in pain, though, and the improvement you wanted hasn’t come. And if changing equipment doesn’t work, maybe you better just get used to it?
Never get used to it. Familiarity with pain encourages more, and there is absolutely no reason to accept a decline in your health while you meet the demands of your work. So, what’s available that you haven’t already tried?
We offer work station assessments by qualified physiotherapists to resolve the pain you’re experiencing. How you sit and work, how your workstation is organised, how you use the ergonomic equipment you have – we’ll study it all and make the necessary adjustments. Anything we can’t do on the spot we’ll write in a report with recommendations. It’s less work on your part than the average physio appointment, but since you’re already at work, we’ll let it slide.
