Working with Sabreen regularly has helped me continually develop my performance. Sabreen’s knowledge and experience with cyclists, across all disciplines, really shows and having someone that has a deep understanding of my sport has been a revelation and enabled me to compete at the top level all year round.

sports physiotherapy

Sports Physiotherapy is our speciality. We’ve treated athletes of a World and Olympic class pedigree and continue to offer regular maintenance to some of the most successful athletes in their field, ensuring the only thing they need worry about be the performance. We also treat amateurs, enthusiasts and the 10K charity runner looking for a personal best. Whatever your goal is, we can help you achieve the physical condition necessary to compete.

How does it work?

Following a one-hour consultation with us you can expect to understand the nature of your injury and the steps required to facilitate an optimum recovery from your injury. We have 20 years experience in treating sports injuries and are proud to utilise that expertise in treating recalcitrant injuries that fail to respond to standard management. For the most detailed analysis, the more information you can provide the better the outcome will be, so bring along relevant scans, reports and sporting shoes, insoles and/or equipment.

Sports Physiotherapists are primary contact practitioners and do not require a medical referral from a GP unless using private medical insurance. So, if you’re suffering with an injury, pain, or have reduced mobility, then please let us know.
